Mike has been coaching and working within the game of Baseball for over 20 years, and has been working in Catholic Ministry for over 10 years. He joined the Catholic Athletes for Christ team in a full time capacity in 2025, as the Director of Strategic Development and the Midwest Region Sports Missionary.

He has previously spent time coaching at every level of baseball from youth to NCAA Division 1 Baseball. During his coaching career he has spent time on the University of Dayton baseball staff, where he helped lead them to their first ever A10 Championship. He coached at the high school level at Chaminade Julienne Catholic High School and Kettering Fairmont High School, helping to lead both programs to their first league championships, and help many players move on to the next level. Including 2024 8th Round draft pick of the San Diego Padres, Nick Wissman.

He also spent multiple summers coaching within the Custom X Summer Baseball Program, where he was blessed to coach a roster that had 15 players sign at the Division 1 level, and also coach former professional players, Peyton Burdick and Ty Duvall.

During Mike's 10+ years in Catholic ministry, he has spent time as a Campus Minister at Chaminade Julienne High School, Youth and Young Adult Ministry at St. Mary of the Assumption in Springboro, OH, the Parish and Community Relations Coordinator for Catholic Social Services of the Miami Valley, and served as the Development Director for the Our Lady of Light Family of Parishes in Centerville, OH.

Mike is happily married to his wonderful wife Maddie and they have two beautiful daughters.
